Can you support US time zones?
Yes. We routinely align coverage with US, Canadian, UK, and Australian business hours depending on the role and service level you need.
What is the difference between BPO and a virtual assistant?
A virtual assistant often owns recurring personal and administrative workflows for a leader or small team. BPO at VIBOS can include structured operational work—data, reporting, ecommerce, research, and process-driven tasks—often with clearer SLAs and scaling paths.
Do you sign NDAs and MSAs?
Yes. Enterprise and agency clients typically use their standard confidentiality and services agreements; we are accustomed to reasonable legal and security reviews.
